Information we collect
When you submit an opportunity, we collect the contact, organisation and opportunity information you provide. We also process technical anti-spam information through Cloudflare Turnstile.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review your enquiry, contact you about it, manage its progress and route it to the appropriate AIST team member. When the lead-management service is enabled, verified submissions are stored in AIST's secured database. During the service transition, a submission may instead be delivered directly to authorised AIST personnel through our email provider without being stored in the website database.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. It does not use marketing cookies or build advertising profiles.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers required to host, protect and deliver the form, and with AIST personnel responsible for reviewing the enquiry. A limited submission summary may be routed through authorised email and internal messaging providers to alert that team; detailed opportunity information remains available through AIST's protected administration service. Database records remain while opportunities are active; records marked won or lost are automatically deleted after 24 months unless a longer period is required by law or an active contractual obligation. Notification records follow AIST's operational and legal retention requirements.
